30 kW FM Transmitter
Apparently, the model number comes from the exciter (695) and the power output (30 kW). Andy Eliason was kind enough to pass on photos taken at the 1986 NAB show, when the transmitter which was delivered to WCVY, Milwaukee, was first displayed.
