Frank Foti was the chief engineer at FM-100 in New York City when he began building audio processors. Returning to Cleveland, he started Cutting Edge Technology and produced the Dividend and Unity 2000.
The Dividend led to his collaboration with Steve Church in about 1990, and the Omnia. Today, Telos Systems produces the Omnia along with the Telos Zephyr, Axia consoles and other products.
